Benny Amon Trio

Benny Amón is a prominent and passionate classic jazz and New Orleans drummer and bandleader.

Benny lived full time in New Orleans from 2011-2021. In New Orleans, Benny performed regularly at Preservation Hall, Snug Harbor Jazz Bistro, The Palm Court Jazz Cafe, and aboard the Steamboat Natchez. He has toured the United States, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Japan, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, and Sweden performing at jazz festivals and clubs including the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, the Monterey Jazz Festival, Festival international I LOVE JAZZ in Brazil, and the New Mexico Jazz Festival.

Benny currently resides in San Francisco, CA.
