Rumi Abe - Solo Piano from Tokyo to SF

Rumi Abe, a pianist from Nagoya, Japan, began playing Electone at age 4 and studying music theory and composition at Yamaha Music School. She refined her jazz skills under the mentorship of legends Fumio Karashima and Josh Nelson, performing over 200 shows annually across Tokyo. In 2022, she released her debut album with her trio. Now based in San Francisco as of 2024, Rumi is excited to share her music in the Bay Area.

Rumi will be in Blue Room to play a couple of  sets of classic jazz. Make a plan to stop by and check her out!

Just a reminder -- a two drink minimum or a $20 spend from each guest is expected!

Doors open at 7:00pm and the music will start at 8:00pm.
