Steven Lugerner Quartet

Local saxophonist Steven Lugerner fronts his San Francisco based quartet, delivering dynamic renditions of Duke Ellington, Thelonious Monk & more! In a relatively short period of time, 37-year-old Bay Area native Steven Lugerner has released multiple albums to critical acclaim and collaborated with a heavyweight roster of jazz masters including, legendary pianist Fred Hersch, Grammy award winning pianist Taylor Eigsti, drum legends Albert Tootie Heath, Eric Harland, Matt Wilson and Allison Miller; saxophonists Dayna Stephens and Anat Cohen and bassist Todd Sickafoose.
