The Blue Room Hosts: BITTER FRUIT

Sunday, June 7th, 2026– come join us at Stookey's Blue Room for the long-awaited release of “Songs from The Bitter Fruit: Live at the Ashby!” This live recording of six original songs from the upcoming musical “THE BITTER FRUIT," will be available for the first time to patrons of our special sneak peek performance, "Bitter Fruit: The Second Sanguine Slice!” One night only at Stookey's Blue Room, Bush at Taylor in San Francisco. 

This celebration will feature the premiere of this recording, featuring the work of songwriting team, Josh Pollock and Sean Owens, as well as new songs never before performed in public! This extraordinary musical is still in development, and while it is in the process of finding its developmental home, Josh and Sean are looking to spark interest, excitement, and feedback for this one-of-a-kind musical.
