THE COTTONTAILS are one of San Francisco's most exciting musical groups, playing a wide range of styles from '20s/'30s torch songs and jump blues, to '40s American songbook and swing, to '50s/'60s early soul and R&B. The Cottontails small group swingtet features local favorites and Bay Area luminaries, Karina Denike on vocals , Michael McIntosh on piano, Vic Wong on guitar with Joe Kyle Jr. on bass and are known for their engaging, dynamic and intimate performances.

The Cottontails have been presented collectively and individually by SF Jazz, Flower Piano, SF City Hall, California Academy of Sciences, Bimbo's 365 Club, Palace of Fine Arts, Amoeba Records, SF Legion of Honor, Yoshi's SF and Oakland, and various clubs, concert series and jazz festivals in California, New York City, Tokyo, and England, UK.
