Wyatt Button Trio

Wyatt Button is a San Francisco-based pianist, vocalist, songwriter, and arranger originally from Oregon. He has earned recognition from Portland’s premier jazz club, The 1905, and released two live albums with his trio. Since arriving in the Bay Area, he has quickly established himself as a versatile, forward-thinking performer, with an original EP currently in the works.

Rooted in jazz but equally drawn to pop, R&B, electronic music, and beyond, Wyatt approaches music as a creator rather than a genre purist. His work brings eccentricity and modern sensibility to songbook classics, while his original music explores an ever-expanding palette of styles and sounds. Difficult to place in a single genre, his influences range from Chet Baker and Blossom Dearie to Prince and D’Angelo.
